Please read the guidelines and apply below

ARTWORKS

• The theme is OPEN. 
• Send min. 3 - max. 5 images (from different artworks). Show your best work! 
• Artworks can be in any medium, but the artworks must be in DIGITAL FORMAT, meaning that paintings, illustrations, mix-media, sculptures and other formats will have to be scanned or photographed and sent to us. 
• Short films and videos of performances are also accepted but they must be under 3min long.
• Submissions must not contain anything which is or would be in breach of applicable laws or infringes any third party rights (such as material which is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite hatred or menacing regarding perceived or actual race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability). 
• PLEASE NOTE: If the artist(s) submit content breaching the applicable laws or infringing any third party rights (listed above) the artwork will not be exhibited.
• Artists from all nationalities, backgrounds and of all styles are welcome to submit. Collaborations are also welcome.
• Please resize your images to A4 or square size 20x20cm (8x8 inches) or provide the link for the videos.
• We will print and frame all the selected images in Brazil with the consent of the artists. 

PARTICIPATION FEE

• The 'Participation Fee' GUARANTEES that ONE ARTWORK by each artist will be exhibited

• Participation fee - £57 (for A4 size, square 20x20cm or short video max. 3min)

We prefer to charge a 'Participation Fee' that will share the costs of the exhibitions with the artists instead of charging for a 'Submission Fee' that artists pay just to submit their work and can often be rejected.

Participation Fee Includes

• Exhibition space
• Curating and organising the exhibition
• Printing each artwork on 3mm PVC board (A4 size or square 20x20cm)
• Hanging the artworks in 2 or 3 rows along the wall
• TV showing the videos and performances in a loop
• Exhibition webpage (part of this website)
• Print material (poster, labels, etc)
• Marketing and promotion
• Private View
• Pictures of the Private View 

First-come, first-served basis. So submit as soon as possible. There are very limited spots.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made through PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Mercado Pago (Brazil) at the end of the submission form.

SELECTION PROCESS

All submissions will be reviewed and selected by the curator: Juliana Lauletta. 

One artwork by each artist will be selected and exhibited.

Please note that the decisions are final and we are unable to offer feedback.

SALES AND COMMISSION

The artworks will not be for sale during the exhibition.

If a collector is interested in the original artwork we will put them in contact with the artist. We are artists ourselves and we know the importance of connecting the collectors with the artists. 

REFUND POLICY

After submitting the form and paying the participation fee, the artists will be part of the show and we will hold their spaces. If the artist cancel close to the date, it is nearly impossible for us to schedule another artist in their place. Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS after making the payment.

• Submission Deadline: 01 December 2022 (till 23:59)

• Exhibition Starts: Saturday 10 December 2022 (Tue - Sat: 1 - 7pm)
• Private View: Saturday 10 December 2022 (6 - 10pm) - RSVP needed due to COVID restrictions
• Exhibition Ends: Friday 23 December 2022
