Solo Exhibition

We are very excited to offer solo exhibition opportunities in 2024.

The Artly Mix Cultural Space has 3 rooms that can be used as separate galleries.

• Gallery 1 (ground floor) - 15.85m2 / 170.60 sq ft - £700
• Gallery 2 (1st floor)- 15.76m2 / 169.64 sq ft - £800
• Gallery 3 (1st floor) - 10m2 / 107.63 sq ft - £500

The fee can be paid in full or in instalments. 

In case of instalments, 30% of the amount will have to be paid upfront as a reservation fee. This is non-refundable and the amount due has to be paid in full before the exhibition starts.

What is included in the Solo Exhibition fee?

• Exhibition space for 2 weeks
• Invigilation
• Installation of the artworks
• Translating labels from English to Portuguese
• Printing the labels
• Printing the exhibition poster (design not included)
• Exhibition webpage (part of this website)
• Promotion of the show in our Instagram, Newsletter and Meetup Groups
• Bartender for the Private View
• Refreshments for the Private View (snacks and beverages)
• Pictures of the Private View and of each artwork in the venue (pictures made with mobile phone)

Extra services that can be purchased separately

• Flyer and poster design - £100
• Curation - £100
  
• Printing and mounting of the artworks - Variable according to the number and size.
  
• Professional Photographer - £150 / 3h

What is not included?

• Shipping of the artworks
• Customs fees
• Insurance for the artworks

Gallery 1 (ground floor) - 15.85m2 / 170.60 sq ft - £700

Gallery 1 has 3 walls for hanging artworks:

1. The left wall (5.60m) with free space of 3.80m (12.46 ft)
2. The front wall with free space of 1.58m (5.18 ft)
3. The right wall with free space of 3.77m (12.36 ft)

Total wall space: 9.15m (30.01 ft)

Ceiling Heigh: 2.70m (8.85 ft)

A 50' TV in a pedestal can be used in this room for videos or digital artworks.

Gallery 2 (1st floor)- 15.76m2 / 169.64 sq ft - £800

Gallery 2 has 5 walls for hanging artworks:

1. The left wall (4.57m) with free space of 3.77m (12.36 ft)
2. The front wall with free space of 2.64m (8.66 ft)
3. The right wall with free space of 4.57m (14.99 ft)
4. The left window wall with free space of 1.20m (3.93 ft)
5. The right window wall with free space of 1.18m (3.87 ft)

Total wall space: 13.36m (43.83 ft)

Ceiling Heigh: 2.98m (9.77 ft)

A 50' TV in a pedestal can be used in this room for videos or digital artworks.

Gallery 3 (1st floor) - 10m2 / 107.63 sq ft - £500

Gallery 3 has 4 walls for hanging artworks:

1. The left wall with free space of 3.02m (9.90 ft)
2. The front wall with free space of 2.52m (8.26 ft)
3. The right wall with free space of 3.96m (12.99 ft)
4. The left window wall with free space of 1.14m (3.74 ft)

Total wall space: 10.64m (34.90 ft)

Ceiling Heigh: 3.07m (10.07 ft)

A 50' TV can be used in this room for videos or digital artworks.
