Terms and Conditions - Open Studio

  1. There are no restrictions based on age, training or nationality for submission.

  2. The artist(s) must hold all moral and intellectual property rights. Must be the owner and the work(s) submitted are of their own origination.

  3. All works must be sent digitally following the requirement in the submission form.

  4. The artist(s) will have to pay the participation fee in order to take part in the exhibition.

  5. The 'Participation Fee' GUARANTEES that ONE ARTWORK by each artist will be exhibited.

  6. Submissions must not contain anything which is or would be in breach of applicable laws or infringes any third party rights (such as material which is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite hatred or menacing regarding perceived or actual race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability).

  7. If the artist(s) submit content breaching the applicable laws or infringing any third party rights (listed above) the artwork will not be exhibited.

  8. There are no refunds after payment of the 'Participation Fee'.

  9. The selected artworks are allocated based on size, orientation, technical specifications, colours, etc. The curator carefully plans the placement of each work to ensure consistency throughout the show. Please note that the decisions are final and not open for discussion.

  10. The curator or gallery will not be liable for any loss or damage to any artworks physically submitted at any point. We recommend that the artist insure their original artwork, especially in transit and while being exhibited.

  11. All Artists agree that we may reproduce their work, only in association with the exhibition (including press/publicity/website and catalogue and any other printed or digital material, advertising the exhibitions).

  12. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone and amend these terms and conditions or to cancel or alter it at any time.
